All submissions will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified of the review outcomes in due course.

The following types of submissions are invited:

  • Full Papers
Contributions addressing relevant empirical, theoretical, or methodological aspects of maritime, transport, and related fields. Abstracts should not exceed 500 words. Following notification of acceptance, authors will be able to submit their full paper by August 30th.
  • Extended Abstracts (Research in Progress)
Submissions of 1,500–2,500 words providing a comprehensive summary of ongoing research. Following notification of acceptance, authors might transform Extended Abstracts to Full Papers by August 30th.
  • Panel Proposals
Proposals may relate to either special sessions “by invitation only”, or an open call, aiming to bring together established, emerging, and early-career maritime and transport scholars and practitioners. In addition to identifying the panel chair(s), proposals must include an abstract of up to 300 words. The related selection procedures must conclude by August 30th.
